Information collected
The assessment form collects your name, contact information, organization and role, along with property location, unit and parking counts, existing charging equipment, resident requests and project timing. Notes include any additional information you choose to provide. Please leave out resident records and financial documents.
Requests also carry the source domain, landing page path, referring page, campaign tags where available, consent choices, form version and submission time. Form security services may process technical information such as an IP address to check for abuse.
Purpose and sharing
California Multifamily EV Charging uses this information to respond to your EV charging inquiry, assess the property request and, with your consent, refer it to a qualified California contractor partner so they can contact you. California Multifamily EV Charging may receive compensation for referrals.
Form processing uses Cloudflare, and requests are stored in Google Sheets. Access is limited to the people who handle inquiries for this site.
Optional follow-up consent is separate from consent to contact you about the project. Both choices start unchecked. This form does not request permission for SMS or automated marketing calls.
Retention
We keep your information indefinitely until you ask us to delete it. To request deletion, submit the Request a free assessment form and note your deletion request.
Privacy questions and requests
To make a privacy request about your submitted information, including access, correction or deletion, submit the Request a free assessment form and note your request. Use the contact details from your inquiry; please do not send identity documents by default.
